Who you'll be working for
The client is a Singaporean Telecommunications company.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Diploma in IT/Computer Studies/Networking (preferred) or relevant experience
- 1-2 years in customer service
- Proficient in English and Chinese (or another language)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
What you'll be doing on the job
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide billing support
- Follow up on customer concerns and escalate when necessary
- Assist in customer recovery for low survey ratings
- Provide feedback for service improvements
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
