Who you'll be working for
The client is a Singaporean Telecommunications company.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Diploma in IT/Computer Studies/Networking (preferred) or relevant experience
  • 1-2 years in customer service
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (or another language)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide billing support
  • Follow up on customer concerns and escalate when necessary
  • Assist in customer recovery for low survey ratings
  • Provide feedback for service improvements
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
