What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project delivery—preferably within financial services.

• Proven experience working on large‑scale digital transformation or tech‑driven initiatives in banking/insurance.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to understand business goals and drive outcomes.

• Solid analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.

• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

• Experience with any of the following is advantageous:

  • Generative AI, LLMs, prompting

  • Data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)

  • ETL processes

  • Coding fundamentals (e.g., HTML)

What you'll be doing on the job

• Take ownership as a digital product lead, driving the end‑to‑end delivery of AI/GenAI/LLM and reporting‑related initiatives—from planning and requirements to solution design and rollout.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and translate business requirements into practical, user‑centric solutions.

• Work with technology teams and external partners to evaluate model performance, identify enhancements, and continuously refine AI‑driven products.

• Prepare and maintain clear project documentation, including requirements, workflows, and implementation materials.

• Stay ahead of the curve by researching new tools, methodologies, and market trends across AI, data, and digital transformation.

• Support cross‑functional workstreams and ensure strong alignment among diverse teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
