● Delivery Management: Lead sprint planning, manage the development backlog using modern project management tools, and ensure high stability with low rollback and hotfix rates.
● Code Quality: Enforce strict code review standards and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ecosystem developers.
● Architecture Execution: Lead the implementation of protocol-level features including advanced account management systems and automated compliance frameworks.

7+ years in Software Engineering; 2+ years in a leadership or senior mentorship role.
● Proficiency in Go, Rust, or C++ and strong knowledge of the EVM.
● Experience with DevOps automation (CI/CD) and containerized deployments (Docker/K8s).

What you'll be doing on the job

The Tech Lead is responsible for driving technical execution and squad leadership. You will manage engineering squads to ensure the timely delivery of sovereign infrastructure features, maintaining a rigorous Secure SDLC while balancing rapid prototyping for institutional pilot programs.
