10+ years in technical leadership roles, with substantial experience specifically in Blockchain or Web3 infrastructure.
● Deep understanding of Zero-Knowledge Proofs and Ethereum scaling solutions.
● Experience with institutional-grade security frameworks (HSMs, Multi-sig, and advanced key management).
● Proven track record of managing high-performance engineering squads in FinTech or critical infrastructure sectors.

What you'll be doing on the job

● Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for TEIZA’s zkEVM infrastructure and ecosystem growth.
● Architecture Oversight: Oversee the design of L3 Sovereign Layers, ensuring seamless interoperability and industry-leading performance and scalability.
● Regulatory Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact for national financial and securities regulatory bodies.
● Engineering Culture: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, instilling a culture of security-first development and robust engineering standards (Secure SDLC).
● R&D: Drive research into next-generation blockchain features, including privacy-preserving technologies,
