What requirements you'll need to be eligible

5+ years of experience in Project Management or Strategic Account Management within the FinTech or VC-backed technology sector.
● Experience working with or within investment holding groups is highly desirable.
● Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of managing multi-stakeholder institutional environments.
● Proficiency in ClickUp or similar enterprise project management tools.
● Strong business acumen with the ability to translate "The $16 Trillion Tokenization Gap" into specific project milestones for partners.

What you'll be doing on the job

● Consortium Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new members of the Malaysia Blockchain Consortium (MBC), targeting high-value financial and enterprise entities.
● Fintech Ecosystem Integration: Identify and execute synergy opportunities between my client and Client's HQ portfolio of 100+ investments to accelerate real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.
● Pilot Coordination: Track the execution of business-led pilots from the MoU stage to production launch, ensuring they meet the ROI requirements of institutional backers.
● Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional partners and Group HQ  executives regarding project timelines and business KPIs.
● Operational Reporting: Maintain progress dashboards for leadership and consortium boards, tracking metrics that reflect my client's impact on the regional digital GDP.
