Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in modern project management software and cloud-based productivity suites (Google Workspace). ● 1 - 3 years of experience in operations management. ● Exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and high attention to detail. ● A strong interest in blockchain technology, digital transformation, and industry advocacy.
What you'll be doing on the job
Project Coordination: Utilize professional project management tools (ClickUp, JIRA) to track execution, manage task lists, and update operational progress reports.
Administrative Support: Manage document control and filing structures, assist in drafting official documentation (MoUs), and prepare communication packages for institutional partners.
Meeting Management: Support the coordination of high-level consortium and association meetings, including agenda preparation and action-item tracking.
Organizational Logistics: Support HR functions, including onboarding activities, training logistics, and operational documentation.
