What requirements you'll need to be eligible

● Experience: 3+ years in PR, corporate communications, or journalism with a focus on technology, fintech, or financial services. Experience in blockchain/Web3 or institutional tech is a strong plus.
● Writing: Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to adapt tone for press, analysts, investors, and enterprises; strong headline and angle development.
● Media Savvy: Understanding of what makes news; experience working with journalists and tight deadlines.
● Research: Ability to quickly synthesise technical and business information into clear, newsworthy narratives.
● Detail: High attention to accuracy, fact-checking, and consistency with legal and compliance.

What you'll be doing on the job

● Press & Announcements: Write and edit press releases, media alerts, and quote packages for product launches, partnerships, funding, regulatory progress, and thought leadership.
● Pitches & Outreach: Draft targeted media and analyst pitches; support PR team with story angles and fact sheets for key journalists and outlets.
● Bylined & Long-Form: Develop bylined articles, op-eds, and contributed pieces for industry publications; align with TEIZA’s positioning and key messages.
● Narrative Assets: Create and maintain messaging documents, Q&As, boilerplates, and backgrounders for spokespeople and external partners.
● Crisis & Sensitivity: Support preparation of holding statements and reactive messaging when needed; ensure accuracy and consistency under time pressure.
● Collaboration: Work with leadership, BD, marketing, and legal to align PR content with strategy and compliance.
