What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Experience: 3+ years as a business analyst, product analyst, or in a similar role in technology, fintech, or financial services.
- Methods: Familiarity with requirements elicitation, process modelling (BPMN or equivalent), and agile practices (user stories, backlogs, acceptance criteria).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and to present findings clearly.
- Analytical Skills: Structured thinking; ability to break down complex problems and trade-offs.
- Organisation: Ability to manage multiple streams of work and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Requirements: Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements for new features, integrations, and partner onboarding; maintain clear requirement specs and acceptance criteria.
- Process Design: Map and improve current and future processes (e.g. partner onboarding, compliance checks, reporting); identify gaps and recommend solutions.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate workshops and meetings with internal and external stakeholders; ensure shared understanding and prioritisation.
- Analysis: Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and option evaluation; support product and leadership with data and structure for decisions.
- Documentation: Produce and maintain business process documentation, user stories, use cases, and solution overviews; keep alignment with technical documentation.
- Delivery Support: Work with product and engineering in agile/iterative delivery; support UAT, rollout, and change management where needed.
