Who you'll be working for
Support and manage assigned partners by executing digital sales initiatives, monitoring performance against targets, and identifying areas for improvement. The role involves driving sales campaigns, engaging and supporting partners, assisting in training and development, and contributing to business growth through onboarding and lead conversion. It also includes preparing reports, analyzing sales data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring all activities comply with company policies while maintaining smooth operations and strong partner relationships.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital sales and partnership.
- Exposure to partner management is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills.
- Basic analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
What you'll be doing on the job
To support the management and development of assigned partners by executing digital sales initiatives, monitoring performance to ensure achievement of business targets and operational effectiveness.
Partner Performance Monitoring
Track and monitor sales performance of assigned partners against targets.
Identify performance gaps and escalate or propose corrective actions where required.
Support implementation of initiatives to improve productivity and performance.
Execution of Sales Initiatives
Execute sales campaigns, initiatives, and business plans as guided by Management.
Ensure proper communication and rollout of initiatives to partners.
Monitor campaign participation and provide feedback on effectiveness.
Partner Engagement & Support
Maintain regular engagement with partners to support digital sales activities.
Assist in motivating agents through ongoing communication and follow-ups.
Provide operational support to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
Coaching & Development Support
Support delivery of training sessions and product briefings to partners.
Provide basic coaching and guidance to improve sales performance and product understanding.
Assist in monitoring progress of new and existing agents.
Business Development Support
Assist in identifying opportunities to increase production within assigned portfolio.
Support onboarding and activation of new partners.
Work with partners to follow up on leads and improve conversion rates.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
Analyze sales data to support decision-making and planning by Management.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance) to support campaign execution and resolve operational matters.
Maintain good working relationships with business partners.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure all activities carried out are in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and ensure audit readiness.
Process & Operational Support
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in workflows and processes.
Assist in implementing process enhancements as directed by Management.
