Who you'll be working for
The client is a global beauty and personal care retailer.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Development or any relevant field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4), AppsFlyer or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to boost traffic, drive effective ROAS and sales conversion rate.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms such as Meta Ads, Google PPC, SEO and other potential online media channels.
- Own and manage critical agency relationships to ensure all digital campaigns are delivering healthily and yield results.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and manage engaging creative content for our SEO, and ad copies.
- Monitor website, app analytics and generate regular reports to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization for all active campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Proactively report and update project progress, findings, and recommendations that can potentially drive company growth.
