Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with automated optical inspection/metrology systems
- 2+ years of experience in semiconductor inspection/metrology equipment and wafer/panel manufacturing process engineering
- Working knowledge of statistics, Statistical Process Control (SPC), application development, and semiconductor fabrication processes (lithography, CMP, deposition, etch, and advanced packaging)
What you'll be doing on the job
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for optical metrology products — system setup, recipe creation and optimization, and qualification execution
- Plan and execute customer-site demonstrations, feasibility studies, evaluations, and field trials (domestic and international)
- Develop and execute test plans; collect, analyze, and present qualification data
- Deliver technical training and documentation for customers and internal teams
- Drive product improvements based on customer feedback in close collaboration with PM, R&D, and Engineering teams
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis in high-volume manufacturing environments
