What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Education, Experience, Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience across various HR functions including Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Policy, and Labor Law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in a multinational company environment.
  • Thoughtful communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and agility.
  • Professional business-level English.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

What you'll be doing on the job

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits (50%)

  • Manage the Compensation and Benefits program under the supervision of the HR Business Partner.

Other HR Functions (50%)

  • Provide advice and guidance on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures as they relate to individuals and company objectives.
  • Communicate company and government rules, regulations, and procedures to management and employees, ensuring compliance, under the supervision of the HR Business Partner.
  • Manage local compliance training and support ad hoc training initiatives as required.
  • Coordinate organizational culture programs.
  • Support global group-level HR projects.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
