Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Management, or related field from a reputable university required; with strong academic results preferred
Ideally have supporting Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Project Management certifications (PMP)
At least 5 years of relevant experience supporting senior management or C-suite executives within financial services
Possess agility to manage changes and issues in a highly dynamic work environment.
Experience managing schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, reports, and administrative matters
Proactive with good initiative and willing to take on new challenges.
Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Willing to travel overseas for work trips (up to a month) on short notice
Extensive travelling expected (more than 50%) and willing to be based in an overseas location for a period of time.

What you'll be doing on the job
Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for the CEO’s attention.
Experience in management of family matters will be advantageous.
Handle all private and confidential matters for the CEO.
Plan and coordinate all international and domestic travel arrangements including airline, hotel, transport, visas, travel itinerary etc.
Provide administrative support to the CEO.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned.
