Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
10-12 years of experience in large-scale ERP transformation programme.
Proven track record delivering Oracle Fusion (or equivalent) implementations end-to-end.
Strong domain expertise in Finance, Procurement, and Vendor Management.
Deep experience in:
Data migration and system integration
ERP-enabled process transformation.
Strong team player with attention to detail, resilience under pressure and an adaptable and resourceful mindset.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

What you'll be doing on the job
The Group IT Vendor Management Lead will lead the end-to-end delivery and operationalisation of the Oracle Fusion ERP project, driving migration from existing Oracle EBS/P2P systems to the Oracle Fusion platform.
This role is accountable for business readiness, data integrity, process transformation, and adoption, ensuring that the ERP platform delivers measurable operational efficiencies and supports data-driven decision-making for Group IT.
