What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10-12 years of experience in large-scale ERP transformation programme.
• Proven track record delivering Oracle Fusion (or equivalent) implementations end-to-end.
• Strong domain expertise in Finance, Procurement, and Vendor Management.
• Deep experience in:
  • Data migration and system integration
  • ERP-enabled process transformation.
  • Strong team player with attention to detail, resilience under pressure and an adaptable and resourceful mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured, data-driven, outcome-focused with high integrity and resilience.

What you'll be doing on the job

• The Group IT Vendor Management Lead will lead the end-to-end delivery and operationalisation of the Oracle Fusion ERP project, driving migration from existing Oracle EBS/P2P systems to the Oracle Fusion platform.
• This role is accountable for business readiness, data integrity, process transformation, and adoption, ensuring that the ERP platform delivers measurable operational efficiencies and supports data-driven decision-making for Group IT.
