Who you'll be working for
Xepa is a pharmaceutical company based in Malaysia, focused on developing, manufacturing and marketing branded off-patent pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumer healthcare products.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Min 1–2 years of experience in sales promotion or retail sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG products.
- Able to engage customers confidently, promote products effectively, and drive sales performance.
- Responsible, reliable, and capable of building positive relationships with customers and store personnel.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Promote and recommend healthcare and pharmaceutical products, including eye drops, cough syrups, vitamins, and over-the-counter medications, to customers in retail pharmacy outlets.
- Provide product information, explain benefits and usage guidelines, and assist customers in selecting suitable healthcare products based on their needs.
- Achieve sales targets through effective product demonstrations, customer engagement, and upselling of related healthcare products.
- Maintain product displays, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with store personnel to ensure product availability and proper merchandising.
- Collect customer feedback, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and submit regular sales and promotional activity reports to management.
