Minimum Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent
1 year of relevant experience in a similar role with a sound understanding of the real estate industry.
High level of accuracy in all work, with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word / Excel).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members.
What you'll be doing on the job
Support leasing administrative activities and ensure accurate and complete lease documentation
Prepare and track various lease documentation such as Tenancy, Extension of Tenancy, and License Agreements
Enter information and maintain the lease database, monitoring the status of lease documents and ensuring all data is entered correctly and updated promptly.
Liaise with tenants, lawyers, and other stakeholders on tenancy agreements, pre-termination, novation of leases, and compliance matters
Coordinate with the Tenancy Management team and other departments to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents
Implement standard real estate practices to ensure accurate completion of paperwork
