Who you'll be working for
Integrated Facilities Management Firm
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or Real Estate.
- Typically 5 to 7 years of experience in property or facilities management.
- Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification or Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certifications is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management, understanding of M&E systems, and proficiency in facilities management software.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Operations & Maintenance: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, building services, and vendor contracts (e.g., security, cleaning, landscaping).
- Tenant & Stakeholder Management: Manage tenant relations, resolve feedback, and coordinate fit-out or reinstatement works.
- Financial Oversight: Manage building budgets, monitor utility consumption, and track maintenance expenditures.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure the property adheres to local safety and fire regulations (e.g., SCDF rules, FSM requirements).
- Contract Administration: Conduct performance audits on IFM vendors to ensure agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports, incident reports, and conduct regular client or site meetings.
