What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Customer Service: A warm, approachable demeanor with a professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Multitasking: The ability to handle phone calls, in-person guests, and urgent administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with standard office equipment (printers, faxes, or multi-line phone systems).
  • Organization: High attention to detail and strong time-management
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Visitor Management: Warmly welcome guests, notify staff of their arrival, and issue visitor passes to maintain office security.
  • Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, while taking accurate messages and managing company emails.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, coordinate boardroom bookings, manage office calendars, and maintain filing systems.
  • Mail & Logistics: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages.
  • Front Desk Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, presentable, and stocked with necessary stationery and company brochures
