Requirements

  1. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR advisory role.
  2. Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.
  3. Experience partnering with leaders and influencing stakeholders at different levels of the business.
  4. Sound knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and policy application.
  5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and present insights.
  8. Commercial awareness and the ability to align HR activity with business needs.
  9. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
  10. Experience supporting talent management, engagement, and change initiatives.
  11. Confident user of HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  12. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  13. HR professional qualification such as CIPD or equivalent is desirable.
  14. Availability to work on a contract basis and adapt quickly to business needs.
What you'll be doing on the job

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and managers to support people strategies that align with organizational goals. You will act as a trusted advisor across a range of HR activities, including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management.

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded HR professional with strong stakeholder management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring HR initiatives are delivered effectively, consistently, and in line with business priorities.

This position requires a proactive, hands-on professional who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational delivery. You will partner with leaders to identify workforce challenges, improve employee engagement, support cultural initiatives, and ensure HR policies and practices are applied fairly and effectively.
