What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in IT administration, preferably within a multinational or industrial setting.
- Proven knowledge of network management, server administration, and IT security protocols.
- Experience with Windows and Linux server environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage IT projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization, and backup/recovery solutions.
- Good communication skills in English; ability to liaise effectively with both local and international teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and data protection regulations is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies continuously.

The role involves managing network systems, ensuring cybersecurity, maintaining hardware and software performance, and providing technical support to staff. The IT Administrator will collaborate closely with regional and global IT teams to implement best practices, streamline IT operations, and support business continuity. This position demands strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in IT systems management, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced industrial environment focused on innovation and operational efficiency.
