Minimum Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role with a sound understanding of the real estate industry
High level of accuracy in all work, with a commitment to maintaining quality standards
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy
What you'll be doing on the job
Support leasing administrative activities and ensure accurate and complete lease/licence documentation
Prepare and track various lease documentation such as Tenancy, Extension of Tenancy, and License Agreements
Enter information and maintain the lease database, monitoring the status of lease documents and ensuring all data is entered correctly and updated promptly.
Liaise with tenants, lawyers, and other stakeholders on tenancy agreements, pre-termination, novation of leases, and compliance matters
Coordinate with tenant/licensee, Lease Management team and Landlord’s representatives to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including operations teams and finance departments on rental and non-rental payments and monitor arrears payment progress, providing recommendations to Landlord etc
Implement standard real estate practices to ensure accurate completion of paperwork
Other general administrative duties as and when required
