Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- 3 years or below of relevant BA/systems experience
- Prior exposure to retail, e-commerce, or space planning is a plus
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience with UAT and data management processes
- Comfortable working with regional/cross-country stakeholders
What you'll be doing on the job
- Gather and document business requirements for a new space planning system
- Work with stakeholders across APAC markets (JP, KR, SG, China, Taiwan, AUS) to align on system requirements
- Lead/support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) — test planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off
- Manage data — data validation, cleansing, and structuring for the space planning system
- Bridge between business users and technical/development teams
- Document processes, workflows, and system logic
