What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and tools such as Excel & Google Sheets.
- Experience supporting HR or recruitment processes.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Able to handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with discretion.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Good To Have:
- ~2 years of experience in recruitment, recruitment operations or HR projects.
- Experience supporting or contributing to recruitment/HR process improvement projects.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance requirements.
- Experience creating SOPs or process documentation.
- Exposure to regional or global recruitment environments.
What you'll be doing on the job
*We are looking for a Recruiting Program Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition team in managing and improving recruitment processes across the region.
*You will work closely with recruiting and cross-functional teams to ensure recruitment processes are accurate, efficient, compliant, and provide a good candidate experience.
Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Downtown
Respnsiblities
- Support day-to-day recruitment operations, including background checks, fair consideration, job posting reviews, and pre-onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data across various systems and trackers, and investigate any discrepancies.
- Analyse recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and prepare reports when required.
- Support recruitment process improvement projects with regional and cross-functional teams.
- Share findings and provide guidance or training to recruiting teams on process-related matters.
- Help ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local regulations.
