What you'll be doing on the job

• Manage and allocate inventory, including mobile devices, premium products, accessories and IP products, across 3PL logistics warehouses and designated company locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare allocation reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Perform inventory-related calculations and ensure that stock allocation records are accurate and up to date.
• Review inventory movements and follow up on any discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and logistics partners to support inventory distribution and replenishment requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for inventory allocation and stock movements.
• Assist with data reporting and analysis using Microsoft Excel and Power BI, where applicable.
