Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Project Management, Optoelectronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 5‑year R&D project management experience in precision equipment, semiconductor or optical‑communication industries, with proven end‑to‑end equipment R&D project governance experience.
• Competencies: Familiar with R&D project management methodologies. PMP / ACP certification is preferred. Demonstrated capability in cross‑region & cross‑team coordination; capable of independently identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Preferred Qualifications: Hands‑on experience in project delivery for overseas customers; prior experience interfacing with leading‑tech companies.
• General Requirements: Bilingual working proficiency in Chinese and English. Excellent communication & coordination skills and solid resilience under work pressure.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Take charge of full‑lifecycle management for R&D projects of optical communication test equipment. Develop project plans, break down milestone deliverables, and control schedule, cost, quality and risks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional R&D teams including mechanical, software, electrical and test groups. Collaborate with Malaysia engineering team as well as R&D, supply‑chain, production and quality departments at China headquarters to ensure on‑time project delivery against milestones.
• Act as the primary project interface with customers. Align requirement changes, project progress and deliverables; organize technical reviews, customer acceptance and closed‑loop issue resolution.
• Produce weekly project reports, risk reports and post‑project reviews. Document project management lessons learned and continuously optimize R&D processes.
• Support R&D Director on R&D resource allocation and cross‑team collaboration management.
