What requirements you'll need to be eligible

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

· Experience in business transformation, project management, or business analysis, with demonstrated ownership of project delivery from requirements through implementation.

· Background in insurance operations or financial services is preferred.

· Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and process improvement methodologies.

· Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive actions independently.

· Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.

· Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

· Fluency in Cantonese is required.

· PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or similar certifications are an advantage.

What you'll be doing on the job

· Project Delivery: Manage transformation initiatives from initial business assessment and requirements definition through implementation and post-launch activities.

· Process Improvement: Review existing workflows, identify operational challenges, and recommend practical improvements to enhance efficiency and business outcomes.

· Requirements Analysis: Gather and document business needs, develop process flows, and translate stakeholder expectations into clear project deliverables.

· Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with business units and cross-functional teams to align priorities, manage expectations, and facilitate decision-making.

· Risk & Issue Management: Identify project gaps, assess potential risks, and drive timely resolution of issues affecting delivery.

· Project Reporting: Maintain project documentation, monitor milestones, and communicate progress, dependencies, and outstanding actions to stakeholders.

· Implementation Coordination: Ensure business requirements are addressed throughout implementation and support a smooth transition into business operations.
