What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minumum 3 years experience with direct exposure to project/development loan drawdown, claims, certification, or construction-linked banking facilities.
- Experience with SQL Accounting & Biztrak.
- Construction or project-based industry background strongly preferred.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Verify subcontractor and vendor invoices against contracts, POs, and certified work done.
- Record invoices into accounting software, prepare payment vouchers and process vendor payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare and issue AR invoices in accordance with contract terms.
- Monitor tenant payment status and follow up on any overdue amounts.
- Record receipts and reconcile against tenant accounts.
- Prepare loan drawdown requests and supporting documentation for submission to the bank.
- Liaise with the bank on drawdown timing, documentation queries, and facility conditions.
- Monitor cash flow position against upcoming payment obligations.
- Maintain and update bank outstanding listing, payment obligations, and related schedules.
