From onboarding and offboarding to daily operations, process design, and project management. Her work spans the Early Childhood sector and public sector organisations, including Ministries and preschool and student care centres across Singapore.

Over 1,600 stakeholders supported, relief teachers deployed across preschools and student care centres, and permanent educators placed within the Early Childhood sector; collectively touching the lives of more than 30,000 children.
