• At least 5 years’ retail experience with 3 years’ at supervisory level
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

• To motivate and lead the frontline staff to achieve sales target
• Business forecast and planning
• Monitor the sales performance
• Execute action plan to improve performance
• Deliver client relationships method to build customer loyalty.
