Who you'll be working for

A renowed HK Property Investor is now looking for high caliber candidate to join and support the senior management to guide the business direction and explore new business opportunities

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Degree in business or related field

• 10+ years or relevant experience in corporate development is preferred

• A strong acumen for business and the ability to identify potential opportunities

• Self-motivated, well-organized professional with a strong sense of responsibility

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)

What you'll be doing on the job

• Directly reporting to senior management

• Develop and implement business strategies and enhance market intelligence

• Conducts market research and business analysis, responding to opportunities and challenges to optimize business potential

• Manage asset business plans and oversee account management to drive revenue optimization and sales expansion

• Contribute to ah-hoc assignments and projects if necessary
