- Fluent in English & Chinese
- Min 2 years of customer services-related experience, order management experience and fleet/logistic management
- Preferably proficient in Oracle ERP
- Fast learner
What you'll be doing on the job
Job Description
- Manage and process customer orders into Oracle
- Liaise with warehouse for pick/pack and arrange delivery based on customer request
- Monitor backlog and follow up outstanding goods or matters from the related parties ensuring the completion of order shipment within the contractual time frame
- Returns/Instrument movements
- Maintain communication with customers
