What requirements you'll need to be eligible

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Agile certifications (CSPO II or similar) are a plus.

• 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in digital streaming, media, or entertainment platforms.

• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence).

• Familiarity with OTT technologies, APIs, content distribution, monetization, and DRM.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll be doing on the job

Product Strategy & Vision

• Shape and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with organizational objectives.

• Maintain a product roadmap that balances immediate priorities with long-term strategic initiatives.

Requirements & Backlog Management

• Translate business and user needs into detailed product stories, including user journeys, states, and acceptance criteria.

• Manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to ensure development work is clearly defined and delivers measurable value.

Agile Delivery

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful delivery.

Stakeholder & User Engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams (business, marketing, design, legal, etc.) to gather requirements and validate features.

• Champion the voice of the customer, incorporating UX research and feedback to enhance product usability and experience.

Market & Performance Analysis

• Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.

• Track and analyze KPIs, using insights to inform feature development and optimization.

Quality & Release Oversight

• Ensure product releases meet high-quality standards in collaboration with QA teams.
