Who you'll be working for

The company is a Chinese-owned real estate investor, specializing in developing high-quality commercial and retail properties. They are now aggressively expanding their portfolio and market share in HK; and is now looking for a Project Manager to revamp the retail assets in order to maximize the asset performance and profit.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Minimum 8 years in project management with related degree
• Good understand of the Building Department's regulations is a must
• Sound management and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well-organized, responsible, able to work under pressure

What you'll be doing on the job

• Responsible for overall project management and coordination of the revamp projects 
• Design, project planning & management, site progress monitoring and all engineering matters in the project
• Coordinate and liaise with client, government departments, sub-contractors, etc, in the addition & alteration, renovation and new development projects.
• Prepare government submissions in addition & alteration and new development Project
