Directly reporting to the director, this person will be fully in charge of the company's portfolio on developing the leasing strategies and closely work with the internal stakeholders to maximize the profit

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• 12 years of relevant experience in leasing and property management with degree in related disciplines;
• Proven track record in portfolio leasing and managing large-scale A&A project
• Professional membership preferred 
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen. 
• Familiarity with market trends and best practices in leasing & property management;
• Outstanding communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Outstanding candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager

What you'll be doing on the job

• Develop and implement the leasing strategies and work closely with all stakeholders and vendors
• Build up and maintain excellent relationships with tenants.
• Coordinate smoothly with the property management team to ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Constantly conduct research and make recommendations on strategies for the portfolio
• Ensure the performance in both financial and operation is healthy and achieved the group's target
