  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, IB or any relevant.
  • 2-3 years Customer Service experience.
  • Experience in lead generation through calls and emails.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Keep up with inbound leads.

  • Exploring new regional markets and industry verticals to broaden their client base.

  • Developing strategies to attract and retain clients, particularly in the competitive sectors they serve.

  • Identifying opportunities to introduce new services or enhance existing ones to meet evolving client needs.

  • Building alliances with technology providers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to offer integrated solutions.

  • Additional ad-hoc tasks such as administration duties.
