- Ability to manage brand visibility and awareness at various locations.

What you'll be doing on the job
- Partnership Administration: Support the identification of partnership opportunities by maintaining records, coordinating approvals, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Assist in preparing reports on partnership performance.
- Relationship Coordination: Manage communication logs with partners, schedule meetings, and track key agreements. Ensure proper documentation of partner interactions to support long-term collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate smooth execution of marketing campaigns by handling administrative tasks, managing workflow documentation, and ensuring timely approvals.
- Strategic Planning Assistance: Provide administrative support for strategic initiatives by collecting data, compiling reports, and maintaining structured timelines for member acquisition and retention strategies.
- Contest Administration: Handle logistics for contest planning, monitor compliance, manage documentation, and track participation metrics to support promotional events.
- Brand Visibility Support: Maintain inventory of promotional materials, ensure adherence to branding guidelines, and oversee documentation for brand visibility projects.
