What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related 3-5 years of experience
  • Good understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of Malaysia employment/labour laws
  • Strong ability in using of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) will be a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, including ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Manage recruitment process including sourcing of candidates, scheduling of interviews and issuing employment contracts.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and handle onboarding processes
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures in accordance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Support in employee benefits administration, such as health insurance and other perks or incentives.
  • Assist in managing mid and annual performance review
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, maintaining accurate HR records, and managing documentation related to employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to provide HR support and contribute to strategic planning related to human resources.
