Sales Order Management – Process customer orders accurately, ensure timely follow-up on pending orders, and coordinate delivery schedules with the logistics team.
Customer Support – Handle inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins, provide product information, and ensure excellent after-sales service.
Sales Documentation & Reporting – Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports; maintain accurate records in the sales system/CRM.
Inventory Coordination – Liaise with warehouse team to track stock availability, reserve products for orders, and follow up on replenishment.
Sales Team Support – Assist sales representatives with scheduling client appointments, preparing presentations, and tracking leads.
Event & Promotion Support – Coordinate with marketing for sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
Payment & Credit Control Follow-up – Work with finance to track payment collection and assist in resolving billing issues.
Internal Coordination – Act as the bridge between sales, marketing, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
