What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • 2 years of related experience 
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Bookkeeping & Data Entry – Maintain accurate financial records (e.g., invoices, receipts, payments).

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable – Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and follow up on customer payments.

  • Payroll Support – Prepare monthly payroll, EPF/SOCSO/EIS submissions, and related statutory reporting.

  • Financial Reporting – Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.

  • Office Management – Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.

  • Document Control – Organise contracts, company records, and HR files.

  • Meeting & Travel Arrangements – Schedule meetings, book travel, and prepare related documents.

  • HR Administration – Assist with onboarding, maintaining leave records, and staff communications.
