Bookkeeping & Data Entry – Maintain accurate financial records (e.g., invoices, receipts, payments).
Accounts Payable & Receivable – Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and follow up on customer payments.
Payroll Support – Prepare monthly payroll, EPF/SOCSO/EIS submissions, and related statutory reporting.
Financial Reporting – Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
Office Management – Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
Document Control – Organise contracts, company records, and HR files.
Meeting & Travel Arrangements – Schedule meetings, book travel, and prepare related documents.
HR Administration – Assist with onboarding, maintaining leave records, and staff communications.
