What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in a call center or customer service role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).

  • Able to work in shifts and under pressure.

  • Basic knowledge of call center metrics and reporting tools.

What you'll be doing on the job
  • Lead and manage a team of 8–15 call center agents to meet daily service targets.

  • Monitor KPIs like Average Handling Time, CSAT, and First Call Resolution daily.

  • Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and performance reviews with each agent.

  • Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution.

  • Generate weekly performance reports and suggest process improvements to management.
