What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Minimally Diploma Holder.
• Must be familiar with Excel features in consolidating multiple data source for reporting. Formulas such as pivot table, vlookup, data analysis, charting.
• Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high quality standards.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Assist with regular reporting on project status
• Initiate, organise and attend project meetings and ensure project teams are kept fully informed about project progress, tasks and involvement
• Generate reports to track progress of tasks and analyse data
• Assist in incidents and requests assignments and tracking of status
