What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management or Product Management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong exposure to OTC products is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns, particularly on digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English (oral & written) for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Develop and implement marketing and brand strategies to strengthen market presence
for OTC products.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including digital platforms.
- Manage product lifecycle, including launches, positioning, and branding activities.
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to ensure brand strategies align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare institutions and direct customers.
- Track brand performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
