What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree from any major; advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong background in commercial excellence, sales operations, or marketing analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to analyze large sets of data and derive strategic insights.
- Experience in developing and delivering sales force training programs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to provide high-level recommendations.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Develop and implement commercial excellence strategies to support business growth in the Ethical segment.
- Map and define customer targeting strategies in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
- Review and assess the effectiveness of marketing activities executed by Product Managers.
- Analyze performance data from various sources, including distributors, internal systems, and third-party databases, to provide actionable insights.
- Deliver training programs to enhance Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and improve field execution.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership to improve organizational performance.
- Monitor KPIs and establish performance tracking frameworks to ensure alignment with company objectives.
