Who you'll be working for

A leading multinational FMCG manufacturer and the exclusive bottling partner of a globally recognized beverage brand in Indonesia. It operates multiple manufacturing plants and distribution centers nationwide, producing a diverse portfolio of soft drinks, juices, and ready-to-drink teas distributed across the country.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Comes from an FMCG or manufacturing background (preferably with experience in machinery operations or maintenance).

• Has 3–5 years of current experience in Safety, including developing and implementing safety programs for both machinery and personnel.

• Holds a K3-General (Occupational Safety and Health) certification.

• Experienced in conducting or assisting with ISO audits (both internal and external).

• Has served as a Safety Facilitator for a plant environment.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Male candidate preferred, under 33 years old.

• Previous experience working in a plant setting.

• Willing to be based in Depok (Jl. Raya Bogor).

What you'll be doing on the job

• Seeking an experienced Safety Lead with a solid background in FMCG or manufacturing environments, particularly those involving machinery operations, with hands-on experience in developing and implementing safety programs focused on both machine and people safety, familiar with ISO audit preparation and implementation, and have prior experience acting as a Safety Facilitator at the plant level.
  
  
• This role will be responsible for facilitating plant-wide safety initiatives, conducting regular training sessions to build safety awareness, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  
  
• A proactive and collaborative approach is essential, as this role works closely with production and engineering teams to strengthen workplace safety culture and maintain operational excellence.
