What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Minimum of education are S1 in all majors.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales from Automotive or Painting is a must.
- Fluent in Mandarin (active both spoken & written) is mandatory.
- Fluent in English (active both spoken and written) also mandatory.
- Have extensive relationships with current customers and ability to build relationship with new customer.
- Target oriented. Proven Track Record to be able to deliver sales growth.
- Good negotiation skill.
- Have a driving license (A), will be provided by company’s car but need to be able to drive.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Achieve sales target (acquiring & maintaining) set by management (yearly revenue target & number of clients).
- Formulate and develop sales strategy and ensure quick and accurate implementation.
- Build positive relationship and good communication with all customers.
- Control stock, PO, and delivery.
- Follow up on new and existing products with customer.
