What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Based in Hong Kong, with proficiency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of retail or operations experience, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, or jewelry brands.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with hands-on management experience.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with Shopify or similar POS/ecommerce systems is an advantage.

What you'll be doing on the job

Retail Operations
• Manage daily store operations and ensure a seamless customer experience at our K11 Musea retail outlet.
• In charge of hiring, onboarding, training and scheduling part-time retail staff to maintain service excellence and sales performance.
• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure displays reflect the brand’s aesthetic and storytelling.
• Handle in-store customer inquiries, exchanges, and aftersales coordination.
Inventory & Fulfilment
• Manage stock levels, restocking, and inventory control to ensure optimal product availability.
• Oversee online order fulfilment and ensure timely, accurate packing and dispatch.
• Monitor packaging materials and coordinate reorders with HQ as needed.
• Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies.
Marketing & Brand Support
• Support local marketing initiatives, including new launches, influencer visits, and PR activations.
• Assist with content creation (e.g., in-store photos, videos, product highlights) for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and sales trends to HQ.
Administrative & Coordination
• Prepare monthly sales and inventory reports for management review.
• Liaise with HQ teams in Singapore for logistics, finance, and marketing coordination.
• Ensure compliance with mall operational guidelines and government regulations.
