Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Degree in HR/Business or related field.
  • 4–6 years HR generalist experience, preferably in F&B.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Manage full spectrum of HR operations (payroll, statutory compliance, employee records, policies).
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding, from sourcing to induction programs.
  • Handle employee relations, engagement, and performance reviews.
  • Develop salary structure, benefits, and claims (insurance, allowances, etc.).
  • Partner with management on workforce planning and HR strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia Labour Law and regulatory requirements.
