Who you'll be working for
Financial services industry, specifically within the factoring and receivables financing sector.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Greet and attend to visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, transfer to relevant departments, and take accurate messages.
  • Manage front desk operations including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail or courier deliveries.
  • Assist in preparing documents, filing, and maintaining proper record-keeping.
  • Support administrative functions such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure cleanliness of the reception and office common areas.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments or client visits when required.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Handle basic inquiries related to company services and direct clients to the appropriate person.
