What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.

• 5–8 years of experience in IT project or enhancement management.

• Proven ability to work closely with business users to deliver system improvements.

• Familiarity with pension systems or MPF-related platforms is an advantage.

• Technical knowledge of cloud-based solutions preferred.

• Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable IT deliverables.

• Lead end-to-end IT enhancement projects, from initiation through implementation.

• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in partnership with business users.

• Ensure all enhancements align with business goals, compliance requirements, and user expectations.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and logs.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
