Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
5–8 years of experience in IT project or enhancement management.
Proven ability to work closely with business users to deliver system improvements.
Familiarity with pension systems or MPF-related platforms is an advantage.
Technical knowledge of cloud-based solutions preferred.
Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable IT deliverables.
Lead end-to-end IT enhancement projects, from initiation through implementation.
Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in partnership with business users.
Ensure all enhancements align with business goals, compliance requirements, and user expectations.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and logs.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
