Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• In-depth knowledge of FX and Rates markets, hedging strategies, and transaction processes.

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in FX and Rates sales with a strong corporate client network.

• Proven track record in FX and Rates dealing and structuring.

• Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating persuasive pitch books and marketing materials.

• Solid understanding of macroeconomics and contract documentation.

• Strong communication skills and ability to build internal and external partnerships to grow FX and IR derivatives wallet.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Execute FX, Rates, and transactions with precision and client focus.

• Spearhead business development for FX and Rates products among Hong Kong Blue Chip and Chinese corporates through strategic marketing and client engagement.

• Lead client pitching initiatives and mentor team members to achieve business objectives.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to design and implement impactful business strategies.

• Understand client risk management needs and deliver customized solutions backed by compelling presentations.

• Enhance operational efficiency and strengthen client relationships through proactive collaboration.
